This Cookie Policy explains how MA Signature Studio, operated by Muhammad Makhdoom Alam (“MA Signature Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar browser technologies across the public website, administrator experience, employee portal, private request forms, and related services.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

Cookies are small text files that a website or service provider may store through a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, provider-managed authentication state, and request identifiers used to deliver or protect a service.

The technologies used can vary by route, browser, authentication method, workspace configuration, and connected provider.

3. Essential functionality

Essential technologies may be used to maintain authentication, protect sessions, remember necessary workflow state, route requests, prevent misuse, and provide features requested by a user. Disabling essential browser storage may prevent sign-in, private forms, integrations, or other platform functions from operating correctly.

Private employee links may include a secure token in the URL. They should be treated as confidential and shared only with the intended employee.

4. Privacy-focused analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website usage, such as page views, referring pages, general location, device type, operating system, and browser information. According to Vercel’s current documentation, Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not associate analytics data with an identifiable individual or IP address.

Our analytics configuration excludes private employee request paths and removes URL query strings and fragments before an analytics event is transmitted. This helps prevent private tokens and submitted form values from being included in analytics URLs.

5. Authentication and connected providers

When you sign in with, connect, or interact with Google, Microsoft, Supabase, or another service provider, that provider may set or read its own cookies or browser storage under its policies. These technologies can support authentication, account selection, fraud prevention, consent, and integration security.

We do not control provider cookies placed on provider-owned domains. Review the applicable provider’s privacy and cookie information for details about its practices.

6. Preferences and local storage

The application may use browser storage to maintain necessary interface state, preferences, or temporary workflow information. Clearing browser data can remove these settings and may require you to sign in or configure preferences again.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies on the Signature Studio website.

7. Your choices

• You can review, block, or delete cookies and site data using your browser settings.
• You can clear local and session storage through your browser’s site-data controls.
• You can disconnect Google or Microsoft integrations through available account or platform controls.

Blocking essential technologies may affect service functionality. If we introduce optional advertising or other consent-based tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide controls where required.

8. Duration and retention

Browser technologies may last only for a session or remain until a defined expiry, sign-out, disconnection, or manual deletion. Duration depends on the purpose and the provider responsible for the technology.

Vercel states that its analytics visitor-session identifier is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Aggregated analytics records may be retained according to Vercel’s service configuration and terms.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, platform, integrations, analytics configuration, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
